By accessing, browsing, registering for or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you (the "User", "you", "your") and Project Cantos. We may update these Terms at any time as described in Section 15 ("Changes to the Terms").
Project Cantos is a purely informational tool. The Platform aggregates, organizes, scores and contextualizes publicly available crypto-market information — including news headlines, market data, on-chain signals and macro indicators — and displays it in a structured interface (the "Context Signal Score", or "CSS", together with related alerts, dashboards and analyses).
The Platform is designed to help professional users — such as traders, analysts, fund managers and institutional desks — interpret market noise. It does not, and is not intended to, replace professional judgment, independent research or advice from a licensed professional.
Project Cantos does NOT:
The Platform is not a financial institution or a regulated entity, and nothing on the Platform should be construed as constituting an activity exclusive to institutions licensed or authorized by the Central Bank of Brazil (Banco Central do Brasil), the Brazilian Securities Commission (Comissão de Valores Mobiliários — CVM) or any other Brazilian financial authority.
All content made available through the Platform — including alerts, scores, narratives, classifications, regime signals, historical references and any numerical output — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute, and must not be interpreted as, an offer, solicitation, recommendation, endorsement or inducement to buy, sell, hold, stake, lend, borrow or otherwise transact in any security, token, digital asset, derivative or other financial product.
You are solely responsible for all decisions you make. You should always conduct your own independent research and, where appropriate, consult a duly licensed professional before acting on any information obtained from the Platform. Past performance and historical signals are not indicative of future results. Digital-asset markets are highly volatile and carry a significant risk of total loss.
The raw information displayed on the Platform — including news items, headlines, summaries, price data, on-chain data, sentiment indicators and third-party analyses — is obtained from public or licensed third-party sources (for example, CryptoPanic, CoinGecko, Alchemy, Whale Alert, the Fear & Greed Index and similar providers).
Project Cantos does not claim ownership over, and is not responsible for, such third-party content. Our own contribution consists in the aggregation, classification, scoring, structuring and presentation of such content through our proprietary pipeline (the "CSS Engine").
By using the Platform you represent and warrant that (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) you have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms; (c) your use of the Platform complies with all laws, regulations and contractual obligations applicable to you; and (d) you are not located in, or a resident or national of, a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, or on any restricted-party list.
Certain features may require registration. If you create an account, you agree to (a) provide accurate and up-to-date information; (b) keep your credentials confidential and secure; (c) be responsible for all activity under your account; and (d) notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY RELIANCE ON THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE THROUGH THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
All intellectual-property rights in and to the Platform — including the Project Cantos and Cantos names and logos, the CSS methodology, the user interface, the source code, the documentation, the databases of scored events and all derivative works — are and shall remain the exclusive property of Project Cantos and/or its licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Platform for your own internal, non-commercial informational purposes.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, AVAILABILITY OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PROJECT CANTOS, ITS OWNERS, CONTRIBUTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, TRADING LOSSES OR LOSSES OF ANY DIGITAL ASSET, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — THE PLATFORM.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (I) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT, OR (II) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100.00).
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) and the Brazilian Civil Framework for the Internet (Marco Civil da Internet — Law No. 12,965/2014) or other mandatory Brazilian law.

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Platform if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, that your use creates a risk to the Platform, its users or third parties, or if required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Effective date" at the top of this document and, where appropriate, via a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
